To initiate a support request please send an email to support@jiffynet.net. You will receive a ticket number and your ticket will be responded to. These changes have been made to better server all our customers.

To cancel your account you must send an email to sales, requesting cancellation of your account. You must supply us with the following information; Your account username, your order or subscription number, your full name and the domain name. Customers requesting refunds for our guarantee policy must also supply the above information.

Account Upgrades:

Customers wishing to upgrade their accounts must supply their order or subscription number, method of payment, your account username, your full name and the domain name.
